Still has startup spirit. Excellent atmosphere. Software engeniers are the main part of Yandex, so everybody wants you to be happy in your workplace. There are challenging tasks in some parts of Yandex

Cons

Yandex tries to became a corporation. Everybody tries to think about improvements metrics, not actual work. Your mark at perfomance review depends on your team very much.
