      Pros

      Great culture, athmoshere and attitude to engineers. Yandex has smartest people I ever seen. A lot of great ideas and projects waiting for developers to pick them up. Developer has freedom of choosing tools, design and implementations details and setting up their own development process. Beautiful bright office with plants. Perks: ping pong, gym, free food (including nearby cafe), discounts.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere because of highly qualified co-workers. Possibilities for switching between many interesting projects (and the actual chance to affect the Russian Internet). Flexible working hours. Huge free parking lot for employeers (in the center of Moscow).

      Limited opportunities for remote working. The main offices are located in Russia.
