Pros
Interesting and challenging tasks, access to wide infrastructure and data, friendly atmosphere, flexible hours, no deadlines, great place to grow professionally, comfortable office, free food.
Cons
Salary is middle of the market, sometimes it's hard to get involved into new project or to find out how to use some tool or other stuff because of lack of documentation, a lot of "not invented here".
