Cons

Your previous experience goes null and your Yandex experience is useless for other companies. Proprietary version of C++ means no STL at all. And you have to deliver solved tasks from the second week. Bad code quality. No dynamic polymorphism, no static polymorphism, just SWITCH/CASE and IF statements. Can you imagine? :) Inconvenient setup: a 15-16" laptop and just one 24" display whereas the industry standard is at least two displays. Work/life balance is heavily shifted towards work. The salary is on the lower end.
