      Pros

      Really good engineering culture, the company has high standards for developers - most of the employees are extremely professional. Yandex tries to create a friendly and comfy work environment which for the most part is accomplished.

      Cons

      The base salary for some classes is lower than the perceived market average and the performance review policy sometimes is not transparent for employees.
