      * overall best engineering culture you can find in a large company in Russia * a lot of different projects you can participate in * ability to earn some RSU

      Cons

      * a lot of homegrown tools * constant race to deliver new products, quantity over quality * a lot of developing areas, but advertisement still remains the main source of company income

Different, intelligent people around. 4. A lot of very handful instruments for very productive and high level performance.

      1. Sometimes it's really difficult to keep work/life balance. 2. Because of company's scale there a lot of miscommunications.
