Excellent culture, governance, comp&ben practice and performance review process. Smart people around, a lot of guys with clear vision and high technical leadership.

Cons

Very poor work-life balance, basically even on middle grade you should work extra hours, show very high ownership and run extra miles as "business as usual" to achieve aggressive goals.
