      Pros

      The biggest IT company in Eastern Europe. A lot of talented specialists really enjoying their work, which make enthusiastic atmopshere. Many interesting tasks in highload projects. Good compensation in money, medical insurance.

      Cons

      Now it experiences problems of growing big company, becoming "big corporation" with a lot of bureacracy.

      Decent compensation; amazing office; great conditions: flexible work schedule, no dress code, medical insurance. Valuable experience: Yandex is considered as a good employer.

      Cons

      Unclear career and growth prospectives; no regular salary indexation; rare bonuses; some colleagues are unpleasant and arrogant. Guess that's all cons.
