Pros
Absolutely amazing and cozy head office. Good social package and kind colleagues. I liked working there, I think it is one of the best places for work in Moscow if you prefer big companies. It could be also good for you if you like working with a minimum mess in procedures and rules.
Cons
As every large company sometimes it can look like a laggard. It takes more time to be promoted than in any small company, but it is absolutely expected. Of course, it depends on a person and on a department.
