      Pros

      Tech company. Perfect product is on the first place. Developers don't have to bother a lot about making money (while they can if they want) and can 100% concentrate on building best product.

      Cons

      Not a lot to complain about. Sometimes things are to small and you think insignificant, but they also have to be perfect. Most of the time it's a plus, but some times annoying.

      Pros

      You're surrounded with high-skilled engineers, so you always have someone to discuss latest technologies, algorithms, CS problems and such. Interesting projects, and you're free to choose the technologies and approach you gonna use to deliver. Cosy and comfortable office with food and relaxation zones.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy level is higher that that in startups. Career might grow slower than in startups. Decisions in management are hard to negotiate.
