      Ability to deal with modern technology in high-loaded projects. Working hours are not strictly scheduled. Very comfortable offices around the country. Lots of professionals who are very responsive and friendly.

      Cons

      An ability of professional growth depends on the particular department. Legacy code is not that rare. Parts of architecture is too stable and conservative.
