great people great office and environment depends on a project, but technical level of people and projects is very high

salary is a bit lower than middle salary on the market there are a lot of legacy and inhouse developed solutions on some projects. It's not that easy to work with state-of-art techs sometime. company bacoming more corporate as it growths
