      Pros

      The best IT company in Russia. Big teams with a lot of opportunities to grow and to try yourself in different fields. As a UX/UI designer I learned a lot, the whole process is amazing.

      Cons

      Very big company, everything goes pretty slow. Sometimes you do work for nothing, cause it will never see production.

      Interesting work. good enough salary, many many ways to upgrade your skills and study something new. job is a holiday.

      Cons

      It's too hard to find some disadvantages. Sometimes there are some technologies that are restricted to use. So you should use these technologies instead of better ones.

      Yandex gives you challenging goals and all the right tools to achieve them along with a team of worthy professionals to work with.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, latest developments in Russian international affairs led to a significant drop if Russian currency. This led to a drop in compensation if valued in US dollars.
