      Pros

      Comfortable office: work space, rest rooms, canteens and sorry for this detail, toilets. Democratic corporative atmosphere.

      Cons

      In my case these are: no way to grows and focus to one technology. Lots of routines.

      Interesting projects sometimes, working with big data and high load. Smart colleagues. A lot of benefits: nice office, medical insurance, free food, free car parking, & etc.
