There are lot of really smart and qualified people here and the opportunities to learn are just huge. The coworkers and managers are really friendly, and the atmosphere in company is just fantastic. The company really cares about employees. Projects are mostly challenging, exciting and motivating.

Cons

There are so many projects and directions that the same things have to be reinvented over and over again, from project to project. Some tools and processes are far from perfect because of this. Engineers are often trusted and independent, which is very good in general, but sometimes they produce a mess. However, there are improvements in this area.
