      Pros

      World class work conditions in best Silicon Valley traditions. Great office, free food, ability to work from anywhere and when you prefer (no strict workhours and notebooks to every employer from the beginning). World class challenges for everyone!

      positive atmosphere, friendly colleagues, good social perks, nice office near the center of the city, interesting products to work on, and many others.

      Cons

      Growing bigger is a challenge for the corporate culture, sometimes it's a little bit chaotic process (I think it happens when you work with too many creative people).
