      There are certain advantages in the form of beautiful offices, the ability to buy food with allocated money, a lot of entertainment in the office, and good locations. DMS, dental treatment, and assistance with relocation

      -Easy to get experience of presenting results to the clients -Ability to ask for advice from higher ranked employees (which is not that of an exceptional pro)

      Cons

      -Too many tasks that are given with a not so far deadline, resulting in a lot of stress -Low pay compared to other IT Russian companies
