Pros

Good pay if you apply directly with Zara instead of thru agency. The managers usually are very hard working and care for your welfare. Very engaging morning briefing, each time we had to do different activities such as styling the newest designs.

Cons

Some managers and full time sales associate can be really crude and racist. Heard the managers themselves isn't paid well in comparison to other competing retail companies.

- Can learn a lot about what goes behind retail stores - Assistance is given when you need help

Cons

- Part time workers are always assigned dinner breaks as early as 3pm while full timers get the best breaks at about 7pm - Overly strict rules about sitting in the stockroom
