Pros

-Teaches you how to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment -Never a dull moment -opportunity of career growth.

Cons

-Understaffed yet HR is unwilling to try and persuade staff to stay so the majority of skilled employees leave. -Employees are treated as disposable. -Hierarchy style of running store only created tension between employees. -Trading Hours are unreasonable and management mistreat employees on a regular basis. -Alot of penny pinching towards employees- no christmas party despite posting record profits every year.

Pros

They appreciate if you can work hard. Every thing about working in Zara is working hard. A lot more to do than a normal fashion store. Since it's always a mess, so it can keep you busy for hours just to try to keep one shelf tidy.

Cons

Hard body work for girls. It can be very boring and extra tiring when you are a new comer. Since they give harder work on newer employees.

Pros

Good start up if you are a student Fast growth in the first levels Fair start up salary Stable job

Cons

Overworked and underpaid Exceeded goals are never recognized Too much Bureaucracy in Corporate Rules can be broken ONLY for favorite employees Physical appearance goes first than brains Corporate prefers to hire outsiders than promote employees An employee that is being promoted needs to wait for 1-3 months to see any increase in salary, while an outsider gets the offered salary immediately even when they are still in training The only training you get is from the managers in the store and for the position you are hired, after that you won't get extra training. Wonder why Corporate has a Training Department? 15% discount in your store.... RIDICULOUS!!!!! And if you are a Manager you have to wear only Zara Clothes (in season) Employees are replaced very easily.
