Pros

Good to work with very well organized company as you can learn many new things apart from any other brands.

Cons

Need to work very hard and no time for single minute even to take a breath as its very heavy traffic store.

Pros

Easy going environment, but still requires you to be professional. It can be tiring, but you can't expect any work to be so easy. And the pay is pretty good for sales associate.

Cons

There is not much downside. I think it will depend on your co-workers. Working at women's department might be more difficult, than doing so at men's.

Pros

Some of the clothes are trendy and cute. Decent salary for a retail job plus commission if you stay long enough. Can meet some nice fellow associates.

Cons

The management can be rude and doesn't respect the employees. They try to squeeze every ounce out of you and are never appreciative that you are running around constantly. Some of the managers are rude and inconsiderate and don't even offer a greeting. The environment is fast paced, you're working under bright hot lights, and no ventilation. I've lost track of the times that I've felt like I was going to faint. You are busy at all times, but the management will still criticize you, wanting you to do things "better" and it does seem like they want to put you down. Even if you're trying to do an excellent job, there's too much commotion, too many things to do at once. They want you to replenish the floor, help customers, check in the back, answer the phone, keep everything tidy, look out for shoplifters. It's physically impossible to do ALL things at once. They should either hire people to do a set of specific tasks instead of one person does all. My manager is actually decent and can be sweet, but since he's pressed to do so many things he has to over work everyone too. Also the other sales associates can be catty, and high school like.
