Pros

Depending on the store, the employees that work at these stores are great people. They are young, love to socialize, and I've developed long-term friendships along the way.

Cons

The hours given at Zara are crazy. If you want many hours, then this is the place to go. Otherwise, it will be very difficult balancing work and school/social life.

Pros

If you like fashion, you'll be very pleased, because innovation is one of the highlights. Also, high standards of the store.

Cons

Must handle multiple things at once. Customers tend not to respect the store and it's people and will come in and cause problems.
