Pros

- I worked in the small shop ZARA in Tallinn (Ülemiste) so we didnt have much customers (as I saw in Athens, Rome, Prague) - Co-workers were really helpful and cheerful. Maybe it is just luck - Quite easy job in terms of problems solve - They always gave to me 15 minutes brake when I wanted to - My manager was just the best. Very understanding and helpful. Aitäh Kairit!

Cons

- Salary is really low - Custemers sometimes are rude and even agressive, but it is up to you how to react (and customer support mostly always looks like that) - Not many opportunities to grow - Lunch-time is not paid - Pointless trainings mostly every month (the only good thing is that they were paid and I loved to spend time with my co-workers - friends) - Running is just crazy. And during sales fitting rooms are always full

Pros

-Nice Clothes, Shoes, Accessories, you get to see fashionable clothing in advance before it is put out to be sold -They give you uniform -Good to put on resume

Cons

Where do I start.... -Very Unstable schedule and after a while they stop going along with your availability -Compensation is not enough compared to work load -You can barely get to know or talk to your co-workers..very serious, strict, robotic culture -They expect you to know how to do everything in the store after a 5-minute training on folding clothes -Want you to go above and beyond for the company but treat the Associates like crap -During Sale they disregard the fact that your human and want you to do a lot outrageously difficult work within your shift time -If your not Spanish then forget about moving up in the company or even being liked by managers -Managers and other staff Constantly speaks Spanish to each other in front of you, then speak to you like your an idiot because you don't understand what they just said -Not once was I told I was doing a good job in the 7months I worked there -Management doesn't do anything but walk around with clip-boards or stand at the registers -They treat you like a theif, they do bag checks after your shift, cant sign out when your shift is over if they are counting money -They will find unessecarry work for you to do.. for example I had to change a huge wall of 400 retail jeans to sale jeans but then was told to change it back to retail price by another manager (no communication between managers unless its gossip) -And so many more that would be to much to write.... -Oh and crappy 15% employee discounts!
