Pros
the colleagues you meet will become your friends, some of the nicest people I've ever met working here. There are some good WSV (sports club) activities run by some of the colleagues, including a yearly sports league.
Cons
- HR business partners are there only to make sure that you don't affect the companies bottom line. as soon as you mention you are overworked, unhappy, or interested in a change, even internally, you have to fear for your job. - some department are extremely over worked and under resourced, and pay rises are just not possible - Management is top heavy and very disconnected from reality in terms of daily business, and the struggles of many employees are simply dismissed.
