Cool culture. Working with sport is fun.

Cons

Constant reorgs, hierarchy, and indecision. Much of the work eventually becomes showing the work instead of actually doing work.

it has been a great 5 years at adidas in austria in which i have lived through the struggles of the company as well as the re-emergence in an even stronger way. Sense of belonging, Diversity & inclusion , as well as high performing team members all attribute to personal & collective growth

Cons

Big organisation, some workflows/processes are sometimes overcomplicated and demand more time & energy than optimal, but i guess that is normal for each organisation.
