after adidas group it's not a problem to work as a shop advisor anywhere

great labor discipline, motivation, money rewards, nice discounts for workers

Cons

superiors don't want to hire cleaners so that every day shop advisors waste 1 our before working day and one after to clean the store. It would be okay if only they paid for this.
