There are a lot of talented people that worked here with me. The location was also great for networking and meeting different people in a field of work you may be interested in.
Cons
The Senior leadership at the Adidas Brand Center in soho where only nice if you sucked up to them. Outside of that they were nasty and continuously pulled you in for “discipline” conversations to eventually get rid of you. If they didn’t like you specifically the selling and service manager Shane’ Lopez, would manipulate your schedule for example, only have you closing and mids instead of having you open or give you a proper balanced schedule. Management would also attempt talk badly about you to other managers if they didn’t like you. Management always looked for someone to blame when they made a mistake instead of learning from it to do better in the future. Management accused you of doing things you were not doing for example, having inappropriate relationships with staff or being “too quiet”.
