      Good manager and teamwork

      Pros

      My manager is very supportive and good teamwork within my team. I rated him full stars when there is 360 reviews. Also , the pay consider average with regards to the global economic situations now, at least no pay cut or whatever, touch wood.

      Cons

      Work culture has been a mess for the pass 2-3 years. Employees has scope more than expected. Normal engineers easily handle topics for all the sites, or multiple different major topics! Imagine one local engineer has to prepare themselves for all sites with the different structures setup. Also working with some external vendors is really exhausted, work of external vendors has to be reported and cover by employee at the end.

      Overall a nice company

      Everyone is really nice and helps you if needed Good work condition Canteen with reasonable prices Very cultural which is very nice

      Cons

      Large company and large hierarchy Salaries are good but not much increase is you ask
