      Review for ams Tampines

      Pros

      - Can see some benefits for employee improved. - Management willing to listen to opinions from employee and improve it.

      Cons

      - Location wise a bit isolated and no shuttle bus service provided. It used to have but management decide to stop this shuttle service. - Work culture is like at subcons with morning meeting everyday, maybe because most of high management staff came from subcons. - One particular group has high turn overate due to leader’s attitude with low EQ.

      Great place for learning

      Good company, Good colleagues, Superior is helpful and always give guidance if you found any question, great place to work

      Cons

      Workload quite high, sometime need to support during odd hours or even weekend. Management decision keep changing, no clear direction.
