      Everyone is really nice and helps you if needed Good work condition Canteen with reasonable prices Very cultural which is very nice

      Cons

      Large company and large hierarchy Salaries are good but not much increase is you ask

      Working at ams AG

      Pros

      + very good working atmosphere + nice location near to Graz + you are in first name terms with almost everyone + a lot of offers to employees by works council ( also some of the company itself ) + multicultural international company + communication mostly in global language English (company-wide)

      Cons

      - for 'normal' workers, almost only inclusive agreements are offered
