      Pros

      Not much working load so the benefit and salary was still okay. Project moving very slow so you will have some spare time when joining those tracking meeting without any conclusion.

      Cons

      Multiple standards and processes. It's hard in the beginning to know what to follow. Sometimes manager also don't know the details and need to check with other department.
