      there should be more flexibility for the employees the idea that the salary is higher than it should be and the expectation do to extra 150 hours a year in overtime due to the inclusive contracts

      Great colleagues Multi-cultural environment Headquarters is a beautiful castle in Austria

      Cons

      Strategy not transparent (especially to the subsidiaries) Management less respectful Weak HR department (very focused on Austria and not on other locations) Many people stay very long in the same position because there are no personal career paths etc. Managers change very often
