      Pros

      good work life balance. alot of things to learn. benefits is ok.

      Cons

      Salary just average, else they lowball you. salary increment is low something like 3-5%. Many micro manage boss and director who are very bias towards to their favourite engineer.

      Good work-life balance, but compensation and management need work

      Pros

      Good work-life balance: The workload is manageable, and they respect your personal time. Relaxed pace: It is not a high-stress or super-fast-paced environment. Professional development: They offer decent training opportunities for engineers. Basic benefits: Standard benefits are available.

      Cons

      Compensation gaps: The holiday/Christmas packages are below industry standards compared to other companies. Commuting issues: There is no shuttle service provided, which makes the commute difficult. Bonus transparency: There is a lack of clarity regarding performance bonuses; they are rarely distributed or discussed. Management style: Conflict resolution could be better. Management sometimes overlooks negative behavior in the team, which impacts morale.
