      Flexible times, good pay, flexibility with remote working (i.e. from home)

      Cons

      constantly changing systems, poorly implementing new systems (very manual efforts), HR in general is poor - feedback about questions, benefits, etc, work life balance

      No variable for Engineer to Senior engineer level but just profit sharing due to company policies
