Pros

Great learning curve, people are friendly and excellent effort in the onboarding process into the company. Managers were all hands on deck during new employee onboarding, which helped to smoothen the whole process.

Cons

Sometimes quite steep learning curve but expected during lockdown period.

Decent salary. Only pro pointer

1. Take the recent 2020 reviews on the company with a pinch of salt. 2019 reviews are more reflective of the company culture and environment. I heard that they get their internal staff to file bogus positive reviews to 'boost' their reputation. Looks like 1 of local HR's 'KPI'. It says a lot if ams has to resort to this to up their 'street cred'. Senior management, if you are reading this, please investigate this allegations. 2. Attrition rate is notoriously high in some departments like HR and Finance. Even during covid! People rather leave than stay in toxic environment. Ask your friends who are ex-employees of this company. DYODD. 3. People are afraid of answering truthfully in surveys in case they are marked down. It has heppend before. 4. Hire a lot of incompetent people due to 'connections' in HR. In our ops team, we label HR as mini STATs. because half came from there. Please check. How many are from ex company and how many have the requisite experience to actually do the job, Senior management, open your eyes and the truth will prevail. 5. Join at your own risk.
