was once a great place to work, possible to advance and work harder to get promoted

Cons

Outsourcing of HR, AP, IT and now procurement. Cannot get response on critical, time sensitive HR issues, get a run around, no answers and always a different person to talk to the next time, language barriers, time zone barriers. keep shipping jobs to Mexico, China, jobs are just being eliminated .

friendly and helpful colleagues with solid technical knowledge, could be interesting for fresh graduates to start career and learn things. good work-life balance.

Cons

very conservative culture and mindset. no career path, no chance for promotion and salary increase, does not appreciate the value of the employees although the company claims so. poor salary. Not recommendable for those who have already certain seniority and look for career development.
