      Fast moving. In positive transition. Upward momentum. Old school nearly gone. Focused. Restructuring nearly complete. Great financial performance. Stock to watch.

      Cons

      New location has made commute more challenging. Expect hard work, accountability and pay for performance. Highly matrixed org structure can be difficult to newcomers.

      overall it's a good company as far as the older crew, we will have a pension to retire on. the younger crew that is hired only has their 401k to rely on for their pension

      I'm disgusted to see the male population that gets promoted in this place and are just pigs, they sit back and stare at the woman and young girls that work here and even have no problem asking people to move out of their line of site so they can see a woman bent over. you can't say anything to upper management about it because then your treated like crap for saying anything. all you can do is look the other way and hold out for retirement
