      Pros

      I have the freedom to work from home, leave early, etc. As long as I get my work done there are no questions.

      Cons

      For a lighting company, our office is dimly lit. It is also a little crammed. Communication needs improvement as important info isn't always shared.

      -Very complex organization with some extremely bright individuals. -OSI is a company always looking to remain ahead of the technological curve. -Benefits are great -Pay is not to bad

      Cons

      -Too much micro-managing which does not allow talent to surface -Sometimes the hunger for more business is not met with the inventory of product available -Training in all aspects could be better, instead of cramming it all in one week
