      Pros

      - Good benefit with high profit sharing rate per quarter compare to other company. - Job not so heavy.

      Cons

      - Need scan alot to in/out production floor. The system is to tracking employer working hour in productiontion flor & i see this is not so efective because event going out to toilet need to scan. 6-6-5 (night-morning-afternoon) shift pattern is so tired. we always have long wait to have holiday with family. Cafeteria food is so bad- at Osram, Cooking oil is o cheap that their put alot on a food. Im event no eating until finish job. This all in penang site only!

      Working on new technologies and interacting with some of the most talented people in the lighting industry. Fairly flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Employes are not treated with greatest respect. Poor comunication top to bottom. Poor comunication between team members. Combersome systems and processes are in place that make the every day life more difficult.
