      Pros

      Give people opportunity for life and work balance. Telent is explored. People were taken care. The kindly cultry is able to compared to STM in Singapore, which is with reasonable working pace. Here people either get role upgrade, or get payment upgrade satisfacally.

      Cons

      Timeline of some projects were dragged due to redundant and too dicersed diverse roles.
