Pros

Decent benefits, 401K match, nice holiday schedule

Cons

The company's financials are dismal with little prospect for improvement. Management is a mix of old Siemens & GTE dinosaurs still using the playbook from the last century. At my location every manager is from Alfred University, they all worked here & nowhere else forever, they all pass the buck & not one of them takes any responsibility for anything that happens here. The pay is low & raise suck. There was profit sharing but we are losing money so no soup for you this year! Real management is remote in Austria-Germany. They have something like 100 vacation days there because they are always "away" when you need them. They must keep this location because they like lobster or something? We are more of a commodity business than you would think so there is little investment in equipment or people. People come in looking to improve things and find out no one will support their efforts so they leave. In response to high turnout, management has just become meaner. I was hoping to win Powerball last night so I could buy the company & fire all the managers, then this company might have a chance! This place sucks if you work in the US. AVOID!
