Pros

Minijobber contract for a minimum of 4 weekend days/month, maximum of €500/month before tax, worked well for me - I simply worked 10-12hr days for 4 weekends a month, but you can also (and are more so advised to) do it over smaller chunks

Cons

Paperwork takes forever and the head office in Cologne isn't very friendly, but the rider captains are very patient and helpful.

Pros

A fancy office. Small teams

Cons

The communication is mostly limited to verbal and power points. The HR policy were a bunch of slides. Pay is way lower than market standard which is one of the reasons for the high churn. Career growth options are limited.
