Pros

It's a great side hustle with reasonable hours. If you like driving and listening to music, this is the job for you.

Cons

They can be misleading when breaking down pay structure. When you make hourly wage, you won't get ANY of your online tips. That to me is messed up. You have to be making a certain # of orders per hour or you will only be making base wage.

Pros

Most of the team is young and full of energy, they are very welcoming. It is not the normal "structured office" with a top-down approach, the bosses also work hand by hand with the team, you're able to share doubts and opinions. The team is eager to improve. They put much effort in what they do, they always give their very best.

Cons

The shift schedule can be challenging, but it also allows you to manage your free time when you desire it
