Great team and positive vibes

Cons

Pay is substantially below market rates, and the hierarchy is built around long-ish office hours. Work pressure was high and that was harming the business as well as the people. foodora did not try too hard to retain talent but had a rather short term focus on cutting costs.

Weekly pay, flexible schedule (set your own hours) no boss. Best when you have a car.

Cons

Physically strenuous, onerous and cold (during the winter) job. Took it too lightly at first. Pay can seem low if you're riding a bike.
