Pros

flexible work schedule, good HR that tries to bring some norms into the volatile environment. You can learn a lot from a parent company Delivery Hero

Cons

Reporting lines change every 6 months for no reason You can divide company into alignments and high level management is deaf to the advise of experts and try to pull their ideas that has no feasibility implications. Or they steal credit from the experts and specialists although they have no skills to do the job. If you remove several Heads and Directors nothing will change as they add zero value. Delivery Hero is good and tries to push their vision but local teams don't understand because they prioritize soft skill. Some people can't even open a Jira ticket as it is too complicated. There are several analysts that do everything and are treated as management calculators. No data democracy like in Delivery Hero when most of people able to do simple Sheets work or write a query.
