Growing company and spirit of a disrupter and category leader. This reflects the overall team spirit. Great learnings from 15+ nationalities, company language is English, offices in Europe and US. Quick take-over of key responsibilities and ambitious learning culture. Closeness to founders, quickly growing companies is a huge plus. Deep ties to the Silicon Valley can be felt throughout the European offices. Company building is a key asset of i5's approach and allows the team to have a close look at how companies operate and their measures for faster growth.
Cons
Sometimes hectic/fluid working environments, people allergic to other people, dynamic cultures are probably not a great fit.
