Get to be apart of a great team with decent pay.

Cons

Administrative chain micromanages and gets in the way of building a better work environment. High turnover rate due to firing there best employees and trying to fill positions with unskilled workers who quickly leave or get fired. The people who are qualified for the positions need better pay to stay. The constant turnover increases downtime, scrap, and kills the overall moral of the team. Company is okay but could be great if they put employees first and productions second. With this mindset they’d go above and beyond the needed production while increasing the quality of the product.

Pay was good at first until new management came in. Product quality can be good.

Cons

Inept leadership with no people or management skills, poor inventory management, ineffective processes and instead of dealing with the issues, looking to place blame.
