Work force feels like a family, very supportive colleagues and management. Company are willing to put you through a multitude of pathways if you show potential and enthusiasm. Always interesting projects going on with oversees working opportunities.

Cons

Lower amount of bonuses and slightly lower rate of pay than competitors however opportunity for growth and experience makes it worth it.
