Quick decision-making results in very agile and non-stressful pace of work; your workday is always very dynamic. Good training opportunities. Good internal growth opportunities.

Cons

Work environment is greatly dependent on each site; some sites have a great work environment because the team gets along very well, while other sites don't have the same. This is due to a lack of centralized plan from headquarters to facilitate the tools to standardize a good work environment in every site.
