- company has no proper system, asked for payroll summary on my last day. Was told that they are unable to provide and unable to confirm if I will be getting my variable bonus. I served finish the entitle financial year. No firm answer was given and I was being push around.
- under law for employees who serve notice period should get their salary by bank in or cheque on their last day! This company wasn’t aware of this law and I only get my salary banked in at the end of the month which is 15 days later.
- management lies a lot to the employees to get things settled and in their favour
- a lot of micromanagement style observe in this company
- office politics at maximum level, only a few are sincere people. The rest are fake.
- Lots of gossiper in this office who are very free, badmouthing about anyone who they dislike or people who came for interview. Making the office environment so toxic.
