Through the program’s focus on building technical skills, a consulting mindset, real world experience and global connections, JoJo gained the confidence to find her voice and grow across roles and industries at Thoughtworks. That foundation later enabled her to pursue a new path in content and writing, ultimately becoming a Global Content Lead, while forming personal and professional connections that continue to matter today.
